Waste-to-Value Initiative

Local plastic waste, global-standard filament.

We harvest local PET and PLA waste and process it in our Bamenda facility into durable 3D printer filament โ€” cleaning the environment while cutting the cost of imported spools.

What we offer

Closing the loop, locally.

Importing 3D printing materials is expensive and carbon-intensive. We make it here instead โ€” from local waste.

01 / COLLECT

Collection

Sourcing post-consumer PET and PLA waste from local Bamenda communities โ€” keeping plastic out of streets and landfills.

02 / PROCESS

Processing & Extrusion

Cleaning, shredding and precision extrusion at the NestX lab into consistent 1.75mm filament for jam-free printing.

03 / VERIFY

Quality Control

Rigorous testing for tensile strength and diameter consistency, so every spool meets industrial tolerances.

Real impact: every 1 kg spool removes roughly 50 plastic bottles from Bamenda's streets. 17 kg+ recycled so far.

Recycled filament FAQ

What plastics do you recycle?

Post-consumer PET and PLA. We collect, clean, shred and extrude it into 3D printer filament locally.

What diameter and quality is the filament?

Industrial-grade 1.75mm with tight diameter consistency and tested tensile strength โ€” reliable, jam-free printing on standard FDM machines.

Is recycled filament cheaper than imported?

Yes. Local recycled filament offers the reliability of imported brands at a fraction of the cost, ideal for labs, schools and print farms.

Do you sell in bulk?

Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp for bulk and institutional pricing.
