By accessing the NestX website or utilizing our physical services in Bamenda, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Manufacturing & Service Agreement

NestX provides Digital Fabrication and Custom Machine Building based on client-provided specifications. While we strive for absolute precision, NestX is not liable for design flaws inherent in the original CAD files provided by the client.

All manufacturing quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to material availability, particularly for specialized Recycled Filaments.

2. Intellectual Property (IP)

Client Designs

Clients retain full ownership of the intellectual property for designs submitted for fabrication. NestX will not replicate, sell, or share client designs without express written permission.

NestX Innovation

All proprietary technologies, including our Smart Agri-Tech blueprints and internal software, remain the exclusive property of NestX.

3. Makerspace & Training Conduct

Participants in our Training Programs or makerspace members must adhere to strict safety protocols. NestX reserves the right to terminate access for any individual who violates safety regulations or misuses industrial equipment (Laser Cutters, CNC Routers, 3D Printers).

4. Payment and Cancellation

  • Fabrication: 50% deposit is required before production begins for custom projects.
  • Training: Course fees must be settled prior to the start of the first session.
  • Refunds: Refunds for manufacturing are only applicable in cases of demonstrable machine error or material failure.

5. Limitation of Liability

NestX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of machines or hardware built at our facility once they have passed the final testing phase and been delivered to the client.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Bamenda, Northwest Region.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
