Four things mostly decide what a 3D print costs: size (how much material it uses), material (standard PLA/PETG versus tougher engineering filaments), complexity and print time (a machine running longer costs more), and finishing (a raw print versus sanded, painted or assembled). Quantity matters too - ten of something costs less per unit than one.
